All Used parts have a 3 year limited part replacement warranty… The salvage yard covers the part for the 1st 30 days, after the part is installed and working correctly, we cover the part with an extended 3 year part replacement warranty subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. NO LABOR COSTS are covered for any part sold by Part-Network. All parts are tested and Grade A, therefor If you have problems with an engine or transmission once installed in your vehicle, you must notify us prior to removing the part from your vehicle, a diagnostic is required to determine why the part has failed and to validate a warranty claim.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS. Orders must be canceled with in 24 hours for a full refund, after 24 hours, there will be 25% restocking fee. There are no cancellations once the order has been shipped. Deposits are non-refundable.

Parts must be installed with in 15 days of delivery, and returned to the yard with in 30 days if incorrect or defective

WARRANTY CLAIM:

All warranty claims must be filed within the warranty period and include diagnostic print-out from an ASE certified mechanic and mechanics installation invoice with receipts showing CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY requirements have been met. 1. When your part arrives inspect it COMPLETELY for any damage incurred during shipping. Any damage must be noted on the delivery ticket before the driver leaves. IF NOT NOTED WARRANTY WILL NOT COVER DAMAGE

2. Orders canceled after the card is charged, will be charged 25% restocking fee and locating fee is non-refundable.

3. Incorrect or damaged parts must be reported, in writing within three (3) business days of arrival.

4. Incorrect or damaged parts must be returned to the yard within 30 days for a replacement, no refunds are giving when replacement is available. Do not ship or return parts to our office, parts must be returned to the salvage yard.

5. All non-defective returns will be charged 25% restocking fee. Customer must pay the return shipping. Refunds will be less original shipping and locating fees. This includes parts ordered wrong by the customer or not installed.

6. Parts must be installed! Parts returned and not installed will be subject to 25% restocking fee and customer pays the return shipping!!! Used parts often show signs of wear and tear can be dirty, and even rusted. However, they are guaranteed to work. We do not guarantee appearance. You must prove the part to be defective.

7. Parts must be installed by a ASE Certified mechanic (unless noted otherwise on invoice) at a licensed auto repair facility within 15 days of delivery. (Self install, contact customer service for terms and conditions)

8. A diagnostic from the Certified mechanic is required on all warranty claims, this documentation must be submitted within 7 business days of notifying us of an issue. After we receive this documentation we have the right to replace or repair the defective part. NO Refunds are issued on defective parts when replacement is available. Falsifying information will automatically void your warranty.

9. Parts must be returned in the same condition as received to receive a replacement, any alterations VOIDS WARRANTY

10. All Deposits are non-refundable, All Locating Fees are non-refundable, All Shipping is non-refundable.

11. Due to the materials and composition of power train parts (engine, transmission, transfer case) components, we do not warranty against surface rust that may accrue over time, as long as it does not affect the overall performance of the product sold. There is reasonable expectation that surface rust will form no matter if the product is stored on a shelf or left in the donor vehicle until the time of sale.

12. OEM parts are interchangeable with multiple years, makes and models, thus the same part is an exact fit for multiple makes and models as determined by OEM standards. We guarantee the part we sell to fit your vehicle, you may have to swap some extra parts, we only guarantee the long block to be an exact fit.

13. A signed Credit Card Authorization, copy of your ID, copy of credit card (front and back) may be required on orders over $1000 and orders shipped to an address different than the billing address.

14. Removing heat tab, overheating, abuse, misuse, improper installation, and/or operating without proper lubrication voids warranty.

15. ALL High wearable parts must be replaced this includes but not limited to, gaskets, seals, water pump, thermostat and timing belts (timing chains are optional)

16. ​Mileage not guaranteed! Quoted mileage is correct to the best of our knowledge, we do ship out the lowest mileage available that passed our inspection. Our company is providing you with an extended 3 year warranty and therefore mileage is never guaranteed ​ but at our discretion.

17. Replacements will not be shipped until the defective or incorrect part has been returned, unless you pay for the replacement.

18. Engine Sales: Warranty covers Block, Heads and Internal parts of the engine, external parts (valve covers, intake and exhaust manifolds, oil pans, brackets, wiring etc.) are left on the motor for convenience, if you can use them great, if not then you must replace external parts. Unless otherwise noted on invoice.

19. Engine or transmission must be installed AND extended warranty activated within 15 days of delivery OR ALL EXTENDED WARRANTIES ARE VOIDED.

** The following things will void both 30 Standard and 3 Year Extended warranty; Unpaid Shipping Fees! Improper installation of the part, Failure due to accident or collision, Vehicle is found under manufacturer’s recall, Abuse, misuse, vehicle modification or vehicle is used off-road or for racing purposes, Parts installed in vehicle other than the manufacturer designed the part for, The installer failed to clear computer codes, Failure due to fire, theft, vandalism, acts of terror, explosion, lightning, earthquake, hurricane, water damage, freezing or any other environmental conditions, Vehicle was operated for prolonged period of time after the part’s failure or with the check engine light on.

*** Extended 3 Year Limited Part Replacement Warranty – Terms and Conditions

Invoice must be signed or extended warranty is voided!!!!!!!!

1. To activate extended warranty part must be installed within 15 days of delivery!

2. Pre-installation maintenance for the part purchased must be performed (details below) and KEEP RECEIPTS!

3. Extended warranty will only cover defective parts under normal driving conditions, only 1 replacement will be sent.

4. We reserve the right to replace or repair the part before any refunds are made. Locating Fee and Shipping are non-refundable.

5. After instillation is complete, save the invoice from the licensed facility that installed the used part, if the part fails within the warranty period you have to fax or email us a copy of the installation to start warranty claim.

6. Change oil every 3,000 miles or to manufacturer’s specifications, first service between 600-1000 miles after installation: This must be done by a commercial lubrication facility. Failures to perform these basic operations may result in a voided warranty.

7. A diagnostic from a ASE Certified mechanic is required if the part fails with in the extended warranty period. We will require this documentation to be fax or emailed to us with the installation invoice with in 7 business days of the warranty claim. An Estimate of the cost to repair may also be required. Falsifying information will automatically void your warranty.

8. Exchanges or Store credits only after the part has been in customer possession for more than 30 days.

9. Removing heat tab, overheating, abuse, misuse, improper installation, and/or operating without proper lubrication voids extended warranty

Covered Components… Engines: All used engines are sold as Long-block engine assemblies, unless otherwise noted on invoice; a Long-block is defined as: Cylinder heads, engine block and all internal components. The parts covered by this warranty are the entire block, cylinder head with valves, cam shaft, connecting rods and bearings, pistons, piston rings, oil pump, crankshaft and bearings, rocker arms, valve lifters, and other internal parts. Excluded from this warranty are the carburetor, fuel pump, water pump, all electrical parts, hoses, gaskets, seals, lines, intake and exhaust manifolds, fuel injector pumps, all other fuel injection parts, and all other external parts.

1. After removing your old engine, place it next to the replacement engine and identify which parts need to be changed over. Do not install engine with damaged parts on it, such as oil pan, timing cover, engine mounts, valve covers or manifolds. If engine is installed with damaged parts and they cause the engine to fail prematurely the warranty will be voided.

2. Flush cooling system prior to installing engine to remove any debris left over from previous engine.

3. Replace oil pan gasket & front and rear main seals.

4. Drain & Replace engine oils to manufactures suggested levels. Install new oil filter

6. Check and adjust valves and timing to factory specifications.

7. Timing belts, water pump, thermostat, spark plugs, fluids and seals are routine maintenance items and should be replaced at the time of installation (keep receipts) and at the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended service intervals.

8. Replace any water hoses or vacuum lines that need replacing.

9. Prior to starting engine prime oil system and check to be sure you have oil pressure.

10. Proper operation of the cooling and electrical system must be checked during the installation of products that can be affected by those systems.

11. Replace valve cover gasket.

Covered Components… Transmissions: The parts covered by this warranty are the transmission case and all internal parts including the torque converter. Excluded from this warranty are the coolant lines, transmission mounts, shifting linkage, flywheel, clutch, throw-out bearing, pressure plate and all other external parts, and problems that result from not installing new front and rear main seals when installing the transmission.All fluid and filters must be changed before warranty will be valid.

1. Check the flex plate for cracks or excessive wear on the starter teeth.

2. Replace oil pan gasket, front and axle seals and replace filter (if applicable).

3. Flush & inspect transmission cooling lines. Follow manufacturer’s recommendations.

4. Properly align torque converter (Automatic Transmission Only).

5.Finish installation of the transmission. When finished, add transmission fluid to manufacturer’s specifications.

Start the engine and add more TF immediately. Additional fluid can now be added until the transmission reads ‘full’ on the dipstick.

6. Reset control module codes and check manufacture recommendation for installation, used modules may or not need to be swapped. It’s the installers responsibility to check the requirements before install, if not followed this will void warranty.

7. Adjust throttle position sensor cable.

Rear Axles: To include both carrier and driver/passenger shafts. Calipers and brakes are not guaranteed. All fluids to be replaced before warranty becomes valid. Brake lines are not guaranteed. Replace seals and cover gasket (where applicable) All tires on the vehicle must be the same size as recommended by manufacturer for the vehicle.

Transfer Cases: New seals, gaskets and fluid must be installed prior to operation for warranty to be valid.
